Senior Entertainment Travel Consultant (Hybrid)  

Full time, Barcelona, Spain

Please note this is an 8:30am to 5:00pm CET, Monday to Friday full-time role

As a Senior Entertainment Travel Consultant, you will

• Provide travel-related information, and pro-actively suggest additional services to enhance the customers travel experience  
• Offer expert advice and consultation to our travelers, including detailed travel information, itineraries and potentially suggesting upgrades and additional services that align with the customer’s needs  
• Expertly use the appropriate the BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requests  
• Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer  

About you

• Extensive experience in the travel industry  
• Solid working knowledge of the travel policies, procedures, and processes  
• Knowledgeable with travel industry system GDS Sabre
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously  
• Ability to work independently, exercising discretion and judgment  
• High level of self-reliance and decision-making ability  
• Demonstrated professional customer service skills

This position is advertised across multiple European locations. The expected annual gross salary ranges by country are as follows:

• Spain: 25,000 - 31,000 EUR

The final salary offered will ultimately depend on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and location, and will be determined in line with internal equity.
