Account Management Leader (Hybrid)
Full time, Warsaw, Poland

 

In this role, you will coordinate and manage a team of three Account Managers who are responsible for commercial travel initiatives with our corporate clients. You manage all the commercial aspects of our client portfolio, including client retention, contract renegotiation, implementation, business consolidation, and ongoing relationships with guidance from your country managing director.

 

As an Account Management Leader, you will  

 

  • Manage a team of three Account Managers focused on a collection of business travel programs

  • Support your team in establishing and maintaining client relationships

  • Demonstrate and communicate the value that BCD Travel provides to the client  

  • Develop Business Plans, implement key deliverables, measure results  

  • Increase revenues by means of Up-Selling and Cross-Selling  

  • Create and manage budgets and financials (including billing, payment & profitability)  

  • Support the negotiation of client contract terms and manage all contractual terms  

 

About You  

 

  • A proven history of leadership and team development in a commercial setting

  • Extensive experience within the business travel industry as a leader

  • Adept to change management, specifically with changing technology and marketplace demands

  • Fluent in Polish and Business English 

  • Comfortable in seeking out and developing extensive business relationships

  • Experienced in creating custom solutions to meet evolving client requirements

  • Good analytical skills; ability to understand and interpret financial data
