Site Administrator Agent Technology Support (Hybrid)

Full time, United Kingdom, Spain, Poland, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Finland

If you live in the Warsaw area, you will need to work in-office for 50% of working time monthly. If you work in the Kraków and Rzeszów areas, you will need to work in-office at least 1 day per week.

 

In this role, you will support users on agent facing Travel Technology solutions provided by BCD Travel. This includes navigational help for the respective travel technology application.

 

As a Site Administrator Agent Technology Support, you will

  • Inform users about available features & processes in the travel tool (is a feature available or if not suggest a more suitable process) to meet the objective 
  • Answer process and navigation requests via inbound calls or or via One Touch
  • Conduct assessments in a logical way, understand the request/issue from a user perspective and try to identify the faulty component
  • Document requests, mandatory information, solution or any necessary information for further investigation
  • Respect procedures defined within the tool to ensure smooth communication between support teams and consistency of the data (tickets) recorded
  • If a case/request can’t be answered, escalate case (with all necessary information) to a System Administrator or other defined 2nd level support via One Touch  

 

About you

  • Prior experience in the travel industry
  • Solid knowledge in Agent facing Travel Technology (For example WorkFlow, TS:PM, etc)
  • Excellent knowledge of GDS Amadeus
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English. Another language (preferably French) would be considered as an advantage

This position is advertised across multiple European locations. The expected annual gross salary ranges by country are as follows:

  • Spain: 30,00-34,500 EUR
  • Poland: 114,000-131,000 zl
  • Germany: 31,000-58,000 EUR
  • Netherlands: 39,000-55,000 EUR
  • Belgium: 62,000-81,000
  • Sweden: 454,000-508,000
  • Finland: 40,000-48,000

 

The final salary offered will ultimately depend on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and location, and will be determined in line with internal equity.
