ARC Specialist Desk (Remote)

Full time, Bangalore, India

An ARC Specialist will handle the day-to-day process of modifying tickets in IAR and weekly settlement of airline ticket transactions to ARC (Airline Reporting Corp) for all participating carriers. You will handle over 100 accounts.

As an ARC Specialist Desk, you will

• Ensure accurate reporting of refunds, voids, and exchanges for canceled or changed tickets and debit memos
• Follow the ARC Specialist Procedures for accurate reporting 
• Submit balanced reports to ARC Weekly
• Work OneTouch cases for refunds, voids, and exchanges
• Use the CDW website to aid in the completion of ARC reports (Excel)
• Work in SharePoint to communicate with Central Ticketing 

About you

• Prior travel agency experience
• ARC, or accounting experience, preferred
• Ability to calculate figures
• 10 key experience preferred
• Basic PC skills (Microsoft Suite, Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to follow written and oral procedures and processes
