(Junior) Analyst, Travel Industry Supplier Management & Delivery (Hybrid)

Full time, Spain, Poland, United Kingdom

 

Are you familiar with the travel industry and looking to use your analytical skills to support our various supplier program development projects? If so, this role may be the right fit for you!

 

The (Junior) Analyst, Travel Industry Supplier Management & Delivery, works with account owners to analyze preferred suppliers, prepare annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and financial terms of preferred supplier contracts, and provide financial assistance during supplier negotiation.

 

As a (Junior) Analyst, Travel Industry Supplier Management & Delivery, you will

 

  • Help maximize earnings through supplier program development and examination of preferred supplier programs                                                                                           
  • Maintain relationships with the Accounting Department and handle day-to-day accounting procedures                                                                          
  • Assist in modeling supplier contracts and support management in preparing departmental budgets and performance tracking  
  • Create, examine, and distribute internal and external supplier reports
  • Evaluate critical areas of revenue enhancement and cost reduction
  • Communicate all performance data to management and field     

                                                                                                                           

About you

 

  • You have exposure to the Travel Industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI is a plus
  • Proven analytical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively organize ideas for presentations
  • You have a recent College, Associate, or University degree or equivalent experience
  • GDS Amadeus (preferred) or Sabre experience
