Financial Process Analyst

1st line Expense and SAP Support (Remote) 

Full time, India 

As a 1st line Support, you will ensure the most efficient financial processes by implementing SAP and working on other projects which improve the financial processes across the world. You will act as the primary contact between financial departments and functional and technical financial systems support.   

As a Master Data Support, you will 

• Act as the bridge between Finance, Operations and P&C
• Work with out internal ticketing system to resolve issues related to employee expense claims
• Give advice and recommendation to the business concerning the possibilities and capabilities of SAP
• Identify the process or system improvements opportunities and participate in their implementation
• Work with our External expense system provider to resolve wider technical issues
• Develop standard practice guides and videos that can be used for future roll outs
• Be part of future roll outs and how queries can be serviced in that region
• Work with the SAP Master Data team to support on SAP related queries
• Engage in solutions to user problems to ensure user satisfaction
• Test new functionalities and changes to the (Expense) system 
• All other duties as assigned

About you 

• Good knowledge of SAP, MS Excel 
• Needs to be able to resolve issues to tight deadlines
• Previous experience administering Expense Management systems is an advantage
• Financial background, due to studies or work experience 
• Affinity with IT is preferable 
• Good command of spoken and written English 
• High attention to detail
