People & Culture Apprentice (4 days in the office and 1 day remote)
Full time, London, United Kingdom

 

As a People & Culture Apprentice, you will

  • Be responsible for maintaining full knowledge of all the company's People & Culture policies 
  • Maintain spreadsheet with tracking data for the People & Culture department
  • Assist with background and reference checks for prospective candidates
  • Assist New Hires with new hire paperwork and follows up to ensure receipt of completed paperwork prior to start date
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email and OneTouch from managers and employees and facilitates resolution

 

About you

  • GCSE English and Maths grade 4 or higher (or equivalent) 
  • Genuine interest in developing career in People & Culture
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to take direction and work well with others
  • Must be able to concentrate and perform accurately while meeting applicable productivity measures
  • Accuracy and attention to detail 
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality at all times and in all circumstances
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
