About the Role

Are you ready to dive into the exciting world of venue sourcing? As a Venue Sourcing Intern, you’ll be the driving force behind connecting our corporate clients with the perfect venues. You’ll engage with industry professionals, conduct research, and manage inquiries, all while providing top-notch service. Join us for a summer of hands-on experience and creativity as you help shape unforgettable events!

You’re Good At

• Managing emails and understanding client briefs with precision
• Conducting thorough research to identify and contact suitable venues
• Negotiating rates and terms with a flair for securing the best deals
• Organizing information and formatting availability grids seamlessly
• Building relationships with industry contacts while representing our brand

You Might Also Have

• Experience with Microsoft Office that makes you a tech whiz
• A strong sense of organization and attention to detail
• A passion for event planning or hospitality
• The ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines with grace

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:Less than 25% 

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Intern  is $20 an hour. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
