About the Role
Are you ready to kick-start your career in HR? Join our People and Culture team as an intern and dive into the exciting world of Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner support! You’ll gain hands-on experience in recruitment, benefits administration, and more—all while having fun and connecting with a fantastic team. Get ready to learn and grow in an environment that values creativity and collaboration!

 

Here's what you could do as part of this internship:

  • Assisting with recruitment processes, from crafting engaging job postings to screening resumes
  • Building strong relationships with the Talent Acquisition team
  • Using technology to maintain accurate and marketable job descriptions
  • Communicating effectively and providing stellar support during onboarding
  • Working independently and managing responsibilities with ease

 

You might have:

  • 2 years of study in a Human Resources-related field
  • Customer service experience that demonstrates your people skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
  • A passion for developing soft skills like communication and personal branding
  • A can-do attitude and the drive to learn more about HR in a totally awesome team environment

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:Less than 25% 

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Intern, People & Culture  is between $20- $25 per hour. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
