About the Role

Join a role where details really matter—you’ll help support Life Science meetings and events by making sure HCP attendee and payment data is complete, accurate, and ready for reporting. You’ll work with internal teams to reconcile event details, track down missing information, and help keep programs aligned with accounting, policy, and regulatory requirements. If you love staying organized, solving data puzzles, and keeping projects moving, this could be a great fit. It’s a fast-paced role with real impact across multiple programs.

You’re Good At

• Managing attendee and expense data with accuracy, consistency, and strong attention to detail
• Reconciling reports, spotting anomalies or missing information, and following up to resolve gaps
• Prioritizing multiple assignments and meeting strict deadlines without missing a beat
• Working comfortably in Microsoft Word and Excel, including generating reports and populating data templates
• Collaborating with internal teams and clients while following compliance guidelines and quality control processes

You Might Also Have

• 1–5 years of experience in an administrative or project support role
• Experience with data management software or meeting technology tools like Cvent
• A BS/BA degree
• Exposure to marketing, field-focused support, or event-related work
• Working knowledge of the life sciences or high-tech industry

You Should Know

• C1 level fluency in English is required in this position
• This is a remote position for candidates lovated in Costa Rica. You will be required to go into our office in Lagunilla, Heredia a few times throughout the year
