Web Registration Designer (Remote)

Full time, Bangalore, India

This position is responsible for supporting the Web Design Manager(s) with the development, creation, and generation of Meeting and Event Registration sites and mobile applications via the Cvent platform, in addition to attendee management once online registrations open.

As a Web Registration Designer, you will

• Be responsible for Event Registration using drag-and-drop Cvent platform to web pages, registration forms, email communications, and attendee reports
• Build websites that provide exceptional user experience and efficient backend management and reporting
• Proof and contribute website copy focusing on accuracy and consistency in spelling, grammar, and relevance to the program needs
• Update event room blocks accordingly in Cvent
• Create/manage sessions for registration, mobile apps, and/or OnArrival
• Generate reports on registration, attendance, and engagement as requested

About you

• Previous experience with Cvent applications in a business environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required
• Previous experience with meeting, event and incentive programs and participant registration
• Experience building mobile apps in Attendee Hub
• Knowledge and previous experience with room block management
• Ability to work on multiple concurrent projects to a high standard
