About the Role
Join our vibrant team as a Venue Sourcing Specialist, where you’ll be at the heart of creating unforgettable experiences for our corporate clients! You’ll dive into exciting venue options, negotiate top-notch deals, and build solid relationships with industry partners. If you have a passion for events and enjoy exceeding expectations, this is the role for you!

You’re Good At

• Mastering the art of strategic sourcing and client needs assessment
• Crafting detailed proposals that make clients say “wow!”
• Navigating the Cvent e-RFP Tool with flair
• Keeping everything organized (your friends probably call you a spreadsheet wizard!)
• Communicating effectively with clients and venues alike

You Might Also Have

• 2-3 years of experience in the event industry
• International sourcing and contracting savvy
• A flair for building relationships and networking
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a love for data integrity
• A track record of professionalism, passion, and a can-do attitude

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Venue Sourcing Consultant  is between $58,000 - $70,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
