About the Role
Are you a detail-oriented organizer with a knack for problem-solving? As a Project Support Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of our client programs, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. With your stellar communication skills and proactive attitude, you'll tackle logistics, manage data, and provide top-notch support. You're Good At
- Supporting program execution and logistics management from concept through completion.
- Contracting, negotiating, and coordinating with vendors for services like venue and catering.
- Managing data input and reporting within project management systems.
- Navigating compliance and corporate guidelines to ensure seamless program implementation.
- Building strong relationships and maintaining excellent communication with clients and team members.
You Might Also Have
- 1 to 5 years of experience in administrative or project management support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for generating reports.
- Experience with data management software, and a keen eye for detail.
- A background in marketing or experience within life sciences or tech industries.
- A Bachelor's degree, which is always a bonus!

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Project Coordinator is between $51,700 - $62,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
