About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-loving, people-focused Project Support Coordinator to help bring client programs to life from start to finish. In this temporary role, you’ll be the go-to partner for Project Managers, making sure every logistical piece falls perfectly into place—venues booked, materials ready, and everything running smoothly. You’ll own the details, keep data in check, and be the friendly face clients turn to when they have questions. If you thrive on organization, deadlines, and delivering exceptional experiences, this is your spotlight.

You’re Good At

• Coordinating logistics, from venue booking to travel arrangements and program materials.
• Managing data accurately in project systems and creating clear reports.
• Building strong relationships and being a trusted point of contact for clients.
• Staying calm and organized under deadline pressure.
• Navigating Microsoft Word, Excel, and other tools with ease.

You Might Also Have

• A BS/BA degree.
• Experience supporting marketing or field-based projects.
• Familiarity with life sciences or high-tech industry marketing models.
• Hands-on experience with Cvent or other event platforms.
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory guidelines for client programs.

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:Less than 25% 

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The hourly rate for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Temporary Registration Manager  is $25 per hour. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
