About the Role
Join The Collective at BCD M&E as a Temporary Registration Solutions Manager and help power unforgettable, high-end events from behind the scenes. You’ll support online registration for programs ranging from 100 to 12,000+ attendees, making sure details are accurate, timelines stay on track, and customers get the support they need. This is a great opportunity to break into the event industry while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is a full-time temporary role, Monday through Friday, from mid-June 2026 through the end of February 2027, with a hybrid schedule for candidates in the Chicagoland area.
You’re Good At
- Delivering thoughtful, written customer service and resolving online registration questions with confidence
- Managing multiple projects, deadlines, and details without losing momentum
- Working in Excel to format reports, cross-check data, and maintain strong data integrity
- Collaborating with teammates, partners, and hotel reservationists in both office and virtual settings
- Communicating clearly, proofreading carefully, and staying organized in a changing environment
You Might Also Have
- Experience in event industry logistics, especially online registration and reporting
- Working knowledge of Cvent or a similar registration database platform
- Strong Microsoft Outlook skills
- Experience with VLOOKUP and advanced Excel formulas
- A proactive, emotionally intelligent approach to problem-solving

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:Less than 25%
We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Temporary Registration Manager is $29 per hour. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
