About the Role
Ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into the dynamic world of event coordination? As our Regional Program Coordinator (temporary), you’ll be the heartbeat of our regional society events, ensuring approvals, payments, and contracts flow smoothly. If you’re detail-oriented, love building relationships, and thrive under pressure, this is your chance to shine in a fun-loving team that values creativity and collaboration!

You're Good At

• Managing program approvals and contracts with finesse.
• Building strong partnerships with show organizers and clients.
• Excelling in customer service with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Navigating technology tools like Cvent with ease.
• Communicating effectively to keep projects on track.

You Might Also Have

• At least one year of planning or management experience.
• Proficiency in database management and Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Word).
• A knack for working in the pharmaceutical industry or with medical societies.
• Experience using Cvent to streamline event processes.
• A college degree (bonus points!).

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Temporary- Regional Congress Coordinator  is $40 per hour. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
