About the Role
Ready to take the lead in crafting unforgettable events? As our Event Logistics Manager, you'll be the driving force behind seamless meetings, conferences, and conventions! From building strong relationships with clients and suppliers to managing the nitty-gritty of finances and on-site staff training, you’ll make each event a standout experience. You’re Good At
- Leading and managing core teams for various event projects
- Consulting and collaborating with clients and stakeholders to determine event objectives
- Planning and executing events in alignment with corporate guidelines
- Negotiating contracts and coordinating logistics with service providers
- Problem-solving on the fly and troubleshooting issues as they arise
You Might Also Have
- A Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
- At least two years of experience in meeting planning
- Excellent communication skills and a knack for customer relations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility and the ability to thrive under pressure and tight deadlines

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:50% to 75%
We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Temporary Project Manager is $40 per hour. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
