About the Role
Are you ready to jump into the exciting world of project coordination? As our new Project Coordinator, you'll be at the forefront of bringing educational programs to life, ensuring every detail is spot on from start to finish! You’ll interact with clients and provide top-notch support while making sure that every program runs smoothly and efficiently. Join our team and help create unforgettable experiences!

You’re Good At

  • Managing project logistics, from booking venues to coordinating travel and everything in between.
  • Keeping all program details and documentation organized and up-to-date.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and vendors to ensure seamless communication.
  • Analyzing data and maintaining project management systems with excellent attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving on-the-fly to keep programs running without a hitch.

You Might Also Have

  • A knack for delivering outstanding customer service and engaging with clients.
  • Experience in event planning and a solid understanding of project management principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel, to create insightful reports.
  • A degree in a related field or experience in marketing and sales support.
  • Familiarity with the life sciences industry, particularly in managing speaker programs.

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:Less than 25% 

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Temporary Project Coordinator - Speaker Bureau  is between $52,500 - $58,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
