About the Role
Ready to lead a high-performing team while delivering unforgettable meeting experiences? As our Team Lead, you’ll be the go-to bridge between our clients and our internal team—ensuring smooth operations, exceptional service, and creative solutions. You’ll mentor your team, drive operational excellence, and keep programs running like clockwork. All while having opportunities to innovate, grow accounts, and make a real impact.

You’re Good At

  • Leading and coaching teams to success, with at least 5 years of people management experience
  • Managing complex projects from sourcing to on-site execution with precision and flair
  • Building trusted relationships with clients through proactive communication
  • Using tools like Cvent and Microsoft Office to streamline work and keep details accurate
  • Staying calm under pressure while meeting tight deadlines and quality standards

You Might Also Have

  • Pharmaceutical or life sciences industry know-how
  • Travel industry or destination expertise
  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience implementing new processes and efficiencies
  • The ability to travel up to 35% of the time

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:25% to 50% 

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Team Lead  is between $67,000 - $80,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
