About the Role

As the Team Lead for Sourcing at BCD Meetings & Events, you'll be the driving force behind finding the perfect venues while supporting your team's growth. You're Good At

• Leading by example and promoting a collaborative team culture.
• Collaborating with management to enhance operational efficiency.
• Guiding and supporting team members during project execution.
• Juggling multiple priorities with ease and troubleshooting challenges.
• Delivering exceptional customer service for an unforgettable attendee experience.

You Might Also Have

• 5-7 years of experience in a related role.
• Strong organizational skills for effective resource coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
• Familiarity with tools such as Cvent and Microsoft Office Suite.

You Should Know
This role is virtual and open to candidates based in the US, operating primarily in the Eastern Time Zone. Some travel may be required—up to 25%

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Team Lead, Sourcing  is between $75,000 - $90,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
