About the Role


Join our dynamic team as a Supervisor, Operations, where you’ll be the go-to leader inspiring your project managers and coordinators every day! You’ll oversee operations, ensuring everything is executed with precision, while fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. With a focus on service quality and compliance, you’ll proactively tackle challenges and elevate client experiences. You’re Good At

  • Leading and motivating teams with clear expectations and constructive feedback.
  • Monitoring operational performance and ensuring adherence to service-level agreements.
  • Reviewing project materials to guarantee client readiness and accuracy.
  • Engaging with clients and internal partners to provide support and resolve issues.
  • Embracing change and promoting continuous improvement within the team.

 

You Might Also Have

  • Experience in project management or operations, preferably in a related industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with financial administration and tools like QuickBooks or CVENT.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential risks before they escalate.

 

You Should Know

  • This role requires previous management of direct reports (at least five) in the life sciences / pharmaceutical Meetings & Events space.  
  • This role is virtual and operates on Eastern or Central Standard business hours. 
  • Up to 25% travel is required annually, both international and domestic.

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:Less than 25% 

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Supervisor Operations  is between $67,000 - $80,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
