About the Role

Join our dynamic team as a Supervisor and Project Manager where your leadership will drive success and shape the future of projects! In this dual role, you’ll be the key player ensuring client expectations are met while mentoring a dedicated team. You're Good At

• Leading and motivating teams to achieve their best.
• Managing project timelines and ensuring quality in execution.
• Building strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
• Problem-solving and navigating challenges with ease.
• Communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing.

You Might Also Have

• A four-year degree and at least three years of experience in project management or marketing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for reporting.
• A knack for creative solutions and thinking outside the box.
• Familiarity with the Pharma industry and its marketing strategies.
• Experience in managing teams and conducting performance reviews.

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Supervisor, Speaker Bureau  is between $63,400 - $70,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
