About the Role
As a Sourcing Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for crafting exceptional meeting experiences and supporting our clients every step of the way! You’ll negotiate great deals, choose fantastic venues, and ensure everything runs smoothly while building lasting relationships. Join us to bring creativity and expertise to our clients’ events and make them truly unforgettable!

You’re Good At

• Building strong client relationships and ensuring their satisfaction
• Navigating the full contracting process with savvy negotiation skills
• Providing insightful recommendations for venue selection
• Managing multiple events simultaneously with ease
• Utilizing technology to keep meeting information up-to-date

You Might Also Have

• 5–8 years of experience in Purchasing/Sourcing in corporate/financial. or pharma industry clients. 
• Preferred experience with mid -  to large sized programs. 
• A degree in a relevant field (preferred)
• Proven success in negotiation and consulting
• Familiarity with event management tools like Cvent
• A knack for problem-solving and creative thinking
• Ability to work remote in EST/CST

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:Less than 25% 

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Sourcing Manager  is between $60,000 - $78,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
