Job Title: Sourcing Manager

You'll masterfully negotiate contracts and source stunning venues that fit both budget and style, all while collaborating with talented colleagues and clients. You're Good At:
- Negotiating supplier contracts to snag the best deals and concessions
- Balancing client needs with preferred vendor relationships effortlessly
- Diligently documenting supplier spend and cost savings
- Conducting insightful site inspections and industry visits
- Using platforms like Cvent to streamline the sourcing process
You Might Also Have:
- Experience in contract negotiations, particularly in business and legal aspects
- Familiarity with Cvent or similar tech platforms
- A knack for creating high-level venue presentations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Prior experience with life sciences clients, especially in the pharmaceutical sector
You Should Know
- This role requires proficiency in Cvent
- This position is fully virtual, operating on Eastern Standard business hours
- Up to 25% travel is required

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Sourcing Manager is between $58,000 - $75,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
