You’re Good At

• Sourcing and developing engaging proposals for diverse events and destinations.
• Using tools like Cvent to facilitate seamless planning and negotiations.
• Creating persuasive presentations that illuminate client objectives and event visions.
• Keeping projects on track by managing timelines and workflows effectively.
• Building and overseeing budgets that align with client expectations and saved costs.

You Might Also Have

• A strong understanding of current event and incentive trends.
• Experience working collaboratively with sales and operations teams.
• Skills in presentation design, including software like PowerPoint and InDesign.
• A flair for innovation and problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
• A passion for travel and exploration of new destinations and venues.
• An openness to travel up to six (6) times a year (both international and domestic).

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Sourcing & Program Design Manager  is between $58,000 - $80,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
