Your expertise will shape every aspect of our client programs, ensuring that each meeting resonates with their brand. You're Good At:
- Crafting seamless event logistics while consulting with clients and stakeholders.
- Building strong vendor relationships and negotiating contracts with finesse.
- Juggling multiple priorities and maintaining composure under pressure.
- Enhancing program outcomes through innovative ideas and cost-effective solutions.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and creating positive attendee experiences.
You Might Also Have:
- 1-3 years of experience in event planning or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Cvent and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- The flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and deadlines.
You Should Know:
- This role is virtual, operating in the EST time zone with occasional travel (up to 10%).
- You’ll work closely with both internal teams and key client contacts to ensure successful event outcomes.

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Small Meeting Manager is between $52,000 - $65,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
