About the Role

Love bringing people together and keeping all the moving pieces on track? In this role, you’ll lead speaker events and small meetings from sourcing and registration through budgets, materials, and on-site execution. You’ll be the go-to partner for clients, suppliers, and internal teams, helping every event run smoothly and successfully. If you’re organized, proactive, and calm under pressure, you’ll fit right in.

You’re Good At

  • Managing multiple meetings and deadlines at once without losing sight of the details
  • Building and maintaining registration websites, invitations, confirmations, and attendee communications
  • Creating and managing meeting budgets, timelines, and written program components from start to finish
  • Negotiating with suppliers and coordinating venues, transportation, and other event services
  • Troubleshooting issues quickly and providing consultative, high-touch service to clients and partners

You Might Also Have

  • A four-year degree or equivalent education and training
  • Two years of experience in meeting planning or a closely related role
  • Hands-on experience supporting small meeting formats and event logistics
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills paired with a positive, professional approach
  • Confidence working independently, adapting to change, and making quick, thoughtful decisions

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:25% to 50% 

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Small Meeting Manager  is between $60,000 - $70,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
