You’re Good At

  • Leading and managing project teams for seamless event execution
  • Consulting and collaborating effectively with clients and vendors to meet objectives
  • Developing innovative ideas to enhance the outcomes of events
  • Training and mentoring new hires while serving as a subject matter expert
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks efficiently

You Might Also Have

  • A four-year degree in a business-related field
  • Five years of experience in meeting planning or related roles
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional organization and problem-solving abilities
  • A knack for building strong customer relationships and a positive team spirit

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:25% to 50% 

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Senior Program Manager  is between $64,000 - $87,500. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
