About the Role
Ready to take the lead in dynamic program management? As a Senior Program Manager, you'll drive all logistics and supplier payments for exciting projects from start to finish, all while building lasting relationships with our clients. You'll be at the heart of collaboration between our internal teams and designated client lines. Be prepared to travel 25-50% and make your mark on unforgettable events!
You're Good At
- Managing complex program logistics and ensuring seamless execution.
- Building strong client relationships and being the trusted advisor.
- Handling budgets and providing financial insights throughout the planning process.
- Navigating and leveraging internal resources to achieve results.
- Leading teams in implementing best practices while maintaining a high degree of professionalism.
You Might Also Have
- A minimum of 5 years in meeting planning, hotel sales, or related fields.
- A solid background in travel industry and destination knowledge.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- A CMP certification or equivalent qualifications.
- The adaptability to learn new technologies swiftly and creatively solve problems.

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Senior Program Manager is between $65,000 - $85,500. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
