About the Role

Join our dynamic and innovative team as a Senior Event Manager at BCD Meetings & Events! In this role, you'll take charge of high-end, complex event logistics and lead the charge in creating unforgettable experiences. You're Good At

• Managing logistics for large-scale events (1000+ attendees) with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Navigating various event technologies and online planning tools.
• Leading a diverse team while ensuring clear communication and problem resolution.
• Strategically optimizing event designs and project management processes.

You Might Also Have

• 5+ years of experience in event logistics for complex, high-end programs.
• Expertise in managing multi-million dollar budgets and timelines.
• Background in virtual and hybrid event planning.
• Strong understanding of creative design and attendee engagement strategies.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Event Planning (preferred).

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Senior Event Manager  is between $64,000 - $95,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
