Position Description

We are looking for a Full System Technician to work in the administration, support and maintenance of system environments, ensuring stability, security and high availability of IT services.

Main Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain operating systems in corporate environments.
• Perform installation, configuration, update and troubleshooting of servers, applications and services.
• Manage users, access, and security policies.
• Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support for incidents and requests of medium complexity.
• Monitor infrastructure and systems, acting in a preventive and corrective manner.
• Perform backup, restore, and recovery test routines.
• Support projects for implementation, migration and continuous improvement of the IT environment.
• Document procedures, technical standards and implemented solutions.
• Interact with suppliers and global teams when necessary.

Mandatory Requirements

• Complete or ongoing higher education in Information Systems, Computer Science, Systems Analysis or related areas.
• Previous experience in infrastructure environments and systems support.
• Solid knowledge in operating systems, networks and server administration.

Language

• English: intermediate to advanced level (reading technical documentation, participating in meetings and exchanging emails with global teams).

Differentials

• Experience in medium to large corporate environments.
• Experience with an event company.
