Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Each section below should contain name of a key duty, then list the associate responsibilities.) |

•Prepares timely financial analysis reports and highlights in helping management identify and understand the potential financial impact from various business issues, opportunities and decisions. •Provides support in budgeting and forecasting processes for the a region in compliance with Global and Regional controlling framework •Assist in progressively review, determine and implement any best practices for the entities to streamline financial reporting process for better management decision-marking • Working closely with respective Finance team regional owned entities to drive for better transparency in financial information for better rationalization of reported KPIs, business trending, financial variances and other statistical results •Maintains financial reporting model and provides training to new users/countries. •To coordinate timely client profitability reporting and analysis with respective owned entities that in compliance with Global reporting standards, as well as perform preliminary analysis to ensure reasonableness of the reported information prior to submission to Global for consolidation •To coordinate with JV / Partners of a region in timely client receivables reporting for global consolidation and perform quality analysis in helping RAMs improve client AR position • Assumes and performs other duties and responsibilities not specifically outlined herein, but which are logically and properly inherent to the position. • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and receipting • Approve Credit Note issuance • Ensure prompt resolution of invoice, Credit Notes and credit card disputes • Ensure Service Level Agreements are met • Identify process improvement opportunities and develop action plans around key initiatives • Analyse and document process flows and make recommendations for improvement • Work with both external and internal auditors, as and when necessary • Responsible for ad-hoc project as and when required • Manage and supervise assigned direct reports by providing leadership, developing objectives and targets for the team and monitor the progress • Develop and maintain strong, cross-functional business relationships to clearly understand dependencies across the Company • Support special project as needed
