Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to create and execute client-facing content that supports our efforts in acquiring, expanding, and retaining clients at BCD M&E. This role involves developing RFI/RFP responses, proposals, sales presentations, and creative content to drive our sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop customized, customer-focused sales proposals and presentations using various media.
  • Provide creative direction and winning sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on presale and client retention strategies.
  • Manage projects by creating timelines and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Oversee proposal formatting, including visuals and graphics.
  • Ensure high-quality content in proposals and presentations.
  • Update and maintain our sales content database.
  • Meet all project deadlines and handle additional tasks as needed.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with proposal and presentation tools.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or Marketing.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in sales or marketing content generation.
  • Strong proofreading skills and expertise in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience in the meetings and event management industry is a plus.
