About the Role
We’re looking for a Registration Manager who thrives on keeping events running smoothly and attendees happy! In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for setting up virtual meeting, and managing attendee registrations, communications and hotel rooming details for select larger events. You’ll collaborate closely with clients and meeting planners, making sure every detail is accurate and every participant has a seamless experience. If you love working in a support capacity, are super organized and love customer service, this is the perfect fit.
You’re Good At
- Time management, calendar coordination for virtual events and managing attendee details.
- Coordinating hotel room blocks, including lists, changes, and special requirements
- Running virtual events (Zoom meetings/webinars) with confidence and professionalism
- Building strong relationships with clients and team members
- Ensuring all reports, communications, and materials are correct and delivered on time
You Might Also Have
- A college degree and at least 1 year of professional experience, ideally within the event space.
- Experience with Cvent, Zoom, Salesforce, SmartSheets, or Asana.
- Hotel operations or event planning background
- Skills in troubleshooting tech and registration issues quickly
- Knowledge of virtual event moderation and audience engagement

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:Less than 25%
We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Registration Manager is between $52,500 - $65,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
