About the Role
Are you an organizational wizard with a passion for planning flawless events? Join us as a Project Coordinator and dive into the exciting world of corporate events! You'll be at the heart of the action, supporting everything from event logistics to attendee management. Get ready to make memorable experiences while working with fantastic clients and a dynamic team!

You're Good At

  • Juggling multiple projects with ease, keeping everything on track!
  • Communicating effectively with clients and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Crafting engaging client-facing documents and managing attendee communications.
  • Diving into technology for attendee registrations and enhancing processes.
  • Flexibly adapting to changes, creating solutions, and thinking outside the box.

You Might Also Have

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • A couple of years of hands-on experience in meeting or program planning.
  • Knowledge of registration management and event tech tools (Cvent experience is a bonus!).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
  • Insight into the travel industry and some familiarity with global destinations.

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Project Support  is between $40,000 - $55,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
