About the Role
If you love bringing order to moving pieces and turning complex plans into seamless events, this role is for you. You’ll lead the logistics for meetings, conferences, and conventions from early strategy through on-site execution. It’s a great fit for someone who’s equal parts planner, problem-solver, and trusted client adviser. You’ll also play a key role in managing budgets, guiding team members, and keeping every detail on track.
You’re Good At
- Leading multiple meeting and event projects at once while keeping timelines, priorities, and deliverables organized
- Partnering with clients, teammates, and suppliers to understand goals, make recommendations, and deliver smooth event experiences
- Managing logistics from start to finish, including planning meetings, site inspections, vendor coordination, and on-site execution
- Handling budgets, contracts, approvals, and financial processes with strong attention to detail
- Troubleshooting quickly, communicating clearly, and staying calm under pressure in deadline-driven environments
You Might Also Have
- A four-year degree in a business-related field
- Two years of experience in meeting planning or a closely related role
- Success supporting both small- and large-scale meeting programs
- Strong skills in Word, Excel, and HTML
- A leadership mindset with the ability to coach others and share best practices across teams
You Should Know
- This role is virtual and operates in the Central/ Eastern time zone
- This role will require 50-75% travel availibility.

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:50% to 75%
We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The hourly rate for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Project Support is $40 per hour. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
