About the Role

You’ll work your magic in managing registrations and connecting with vendors while ensuring everything runs smoothly. You're Good At
- Mastering the art of organization and multitasking in a bustling environment.
- Building relationships and maintaining stellar communication with clients and vendors.
- Crafting elegant client-facing documents and responding to attendee inquiries swiftly.
- Keeping track of logistics and details like a pro, ensuring all attendee needs are met.
- Navigating technology for website management and registration systems with ease.
You Might Also Have
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Two years of meeting/program planning experience under your belt.
- Experience with registration management or event administration.
- Familiarity with Cvent or other event planning tools.
- Knowledge of the travel industry and group travel logistics.

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Project Coordinator is between $60,000 - $62,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
