About the Role
Love keeping moving pieces organized and making events come to life? As a Project Coordinator at BCD M&E, you’ll support Life Sciences meetings in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment where details, deadlines, and compliance really matter. You’ll partner closely with a Project Manager to help power everything from registration and attendee communications to travel coordination and onsite materials. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys structured work, cross-functional collaboration, and making every program run smoothly.
You’re Good At
- Staying organized across multiple meetings, timelines, and deliverables without losing sight of the details.
- Working in a compliance-focused Life Sciences environment where accuracy, documentation, and process matter.
- Managing attendee communications, registration workflows, and data within tools like Cvent and Excel.
- Coordinating HCP travel and logistics while handling sensitive information with care and professionalism.
- Building strong relationships with teammates, clients, and partners while keeping projects moving forward.
You Might Also Have
- Experience in event planning, registration, or project coordination.
- Familiarity with Life Sciences meetings, HCP attendee management, or other highly regulated programs.
- Working knowledge of Cvent or other event and data management platforms.
- A bachelor’s degree and a passion for growing your career in meetings and events.
- A positive, team-first mindset and a genuine love for supporting others.

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:Less than 25%
We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Project Coordinator is between $52,500 - $55,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
