You're Good At
- Assisting in program planning and executing logistics for various events.
- Crafting and maintaining user-friendly registration websites.
- Coordinating with vendors and ensuring top-notch attendee experiences.
- Managing attendee inquiries and cross-checking logistical requirements.
- Problem-solving and adapting to challenges with a positive attitude.
You Might Also Have
- Experience in meeting and program planning, especially for life sciences events.
- Proficiency in registration technology (like Cvent or SignUp4).
- Knowledge of the travel industry and destination management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A strong ability to work independently while handling tight deadlines.

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:Less than 25%
We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Project Coordinator is between $51,700 - $55,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
