About the Role
Are you ready to crunch numbers and keep our projects financially fit? As a Project Accountant, you’ll be the financial wizard behind our meetings, ensuring everything adds up perfectly! Collaborating with a dynamic team, you’ll manage the financials while having fun along the way. Join us in creating seamless events, one spreadsheet at a time!

You're Good At

• Ensuring accuracy in financial reports and reconciliations
• Communicating effectively with vendors and team members
• Managing multiple accounts with efficiency and precision
• Handling tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of detail
• Solving budget and participant discrepancies with ease

You Might Also Have

• A background in meetings or events coordination
• Previous experience with accounts payable and receivable
• Familiarity with foreign currency reconciliations
• A knack for Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
• A degree in accounting or a related field and an understanding of the travel or pharmaceutical industries

You Should Know

• This role is open to candidates located in the San Jose GAM, Costa Rica. This role will be required to be in office in Lagunilla, Heredia two (2) times per month.
