À propos du poste :
Dans le cadre du renforcement de notre équipe, nous recherchons un(e) Project Accountant Specialist pour accompagner l’organisation et le suivi financier de nos événements clients.
Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de planification afin de garantir la fiabilité des données et la conformité des processus financiers. Votre rôle sera clé pour assurer une gestion rigoureuse et fluide des événements, depuis le suivi des données dans Cvent jusqu’à la clôture financière.
Vous interagirez avec de nombreux interlocuteurs (équipes internes, prestataires, clients) dans un environnement dynamique et exigeant, où précision et collaboration sont essentielles.
En tant que Project Accountant Specialist, vous devrez :
- Assurer la préparation et la fiabilité des dossiers de rapprochement dans les délais impartis, incluant la vérification des participations dans Cvent
- Garantir l’exactitude des données pour les événements dont vous avez la charge, en respectant les échéances de reporting internes et externes
- Gérer la documentation relative au Transfer of Value (ToV) conformément aux réglementations EFPIA en vigueur
- Collaborer avec les Meeting Managers pour analyser les rapprochements, contrôler les comptes d’attente et résoudre les écarts budgétaires
- Assurer une communication professionnelle et efficace avec les fournisseurs externes
- Gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément dans un environnement aux délais serrés
- Participer à l’exécution des paiements liés aux remboursements des frais des professionnels de santé (HCP)
Vous auriez dû :
- Expérience en comptabilité (comptes fournisseurs, comptes clients, facturation) indispensable
- Bonne compréhension des processus financiers et de la gestion budgétaire
- Expérience dans le secteur des sciences de la vie appréciée
- Solides compétences en analyse financière, audit et rapprochement
- Maîtrise du Pack Office, notamment Excel
- Maîtrise du Cvent
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais en communication orale et écrite
Vous pourriez aussi avoir :
- Excellent esprit d’équipe et capacité à collaborer avec des interlocuteurs variés
- Autonomie, rigueur et sens de l’organisation
- Capacité d’adaptation dans un environnement dynamique
- Connaissance de SAP appréciée
- Esprit proactif dans la résolution de problématiques liées aux budgets et aux participants

Project accountant (Life science expertise)
Permanent, full time, hybrid Paris or remote France
About the role:
As our new Project Accountant Specialist, you'll partner with our internal planning team to ensure everything is tight and on point for client events. From data accuracy in Cvent to overseeing financial documentation, you'll play a critical role in making sure every detail is squared away. You'll collaborate with a variety of colleagues and vendors, all while keeping your eyes on the prize of seamless event execution!
As Project Accountatn Specialist, you will:
- Ensuring timely and accurate reconciliation files, including reviewing participant attendance in Cvent.
- Overseeing data accuracy for all assigned events and meeting internal/external reporting deadlines.
- Managing Transfer of Value (ToV) documentation for EU countries under EFPIA.
- Collaborating with Meeting Managers to check reconciliation against holding account files and solve budget issues.
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism in communications with outside suppliers.
- Working on multiple reconciliations at once while meeting tight deadlines.
- Support with payment execution for HCP reimbursement expenses
You should have:
- Previous accounting experience in A/P, A/R, and client billing required
- Familiarity with finance processes and budgeting
- Experience on a Life Sciences client
- Strong financial acumen including reviews, audits, and reconciliation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel)
- Proficiency in Cvent
- French and English language proficient in both oral and written communications
- Travel industry and destination knowledge
You might also have:
- Strong teamwork skills and a knack for building relationships with colleagues and vendors.
- Work independently and be adaptable
- SAP experience
- A proactive approach in resolving errors related to participants and budgets.
