About the role
Join our team as a Program Manager, where you'll take the lead in orchestrating life science meetings and conferences! As the go-to person for planning and execution, you'll collaborate with clients and suppliers to deliver seamless events that exceed expectations. Get ready to showcase your organization and communication skills while managing budgets and logistics in a fast-paced environment!
 

You're Good At

• Coordinating and executing end-to-end meeting planning and logistics.
• Managing budgets and ensuring accurate financial reconciliation.
• Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Utilizing technology tools, especially Cvent, for attendee management and data integrity.
• Problem-solving effectively to tackle challenges as they arise.
   

You Might Also Have

• Over five years of experience in life science meetings management and event planning.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• A background in negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships.
• Strong customer service experience that elevates client satisfaction.
• A college degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Program Manager  is between $57,000 - $72,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
