You're Good At
- Managing all aspects of event planning from start to finish, including site selection, registration planning and on-site execution.
- Budget creation, tracking, and reconciliation to ensure financial compliance.
- Communicating effectively with clients and vendors to maintain high service standards.
- Overseeing on-site operations and ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly.
- Delivering exceptional client service and strategic advice on best practices.
You Might Also Have
- A Bachelor’s degree and at least five (5) years in meeting/program planning.
- Proficiency in Cvent, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience coordinating domestic and international travel and meetings.
- Knowledge of the travel industry and popular meeting destinations.
- The ability to travel regulary (25%)

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Program Manager is between $57,000 - $70,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
