About the Role
Join our dynamic team as a Program Manager, where your event planning prowess takes center stage! You'll be the mastermind behind our meetings, partnering with clients and vendors to create unforgettable experiences. If you thrive on keeping everything organized and running smoothly while adding a personal touch, this is the perfect role for you!

You're Good At

  • Leading the charge in planning and executing successful events from start to finish.
  • Building and maintaining accurate event budgets that keep us on track.
  • Crafting clear and engaging communication for attendees.
  • Establishing strong relationships with clients and vendors for seamless collaboration.
  • Managing multiple projects with a cool head and a positive attitude.

You Might Also Have

  • A college degree, ideally in a related field.
  • Experience in the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry (3+ years preferred).
  • Proficiency in vendor negotiation and contract management.
  • International event planning experience that adds to your global perspective.
  • A knack for using tools like Microsoft Office, Excel, and Cvent to elevate your efficiency.

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Program Manager Groups  is between $57,000 - $68,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
