About the Role

You’ll be a vital player on our Strategic Production Management team, collaborating with clients and producers to bring unforgettable experiences to life. You're Good At

  • Communicating effectively with clients and managing multiple shows simultaneously
  • Overseeing the technical planning and execution of events, including scheduling and logistics
  • Developing detailed budgets while ensuring cost efficiency
  • Supervising freelance talent and ensuring smooth on-site operations
  • Using Vectorworks for designing and diagramming event setups

You Might Also Have

  • A bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in theater or live events
  • Over 5 years of experience in Production Management for live events
  • A knack for working under tight deadlines and quick turnarounds
  • Solid knowledge of technical aspects such as audio, video, lighting, and rigging
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other creative software like Keynote

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Production Manager, Strategic Production Management  is between $70,000 - $90,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
