At BCD Meetings & Events, we are looking for a Regional Performance Optimization Manager who is passionate about driving operational excellence and business transformation across multiple markets in the region.
This position will lead initiatives aimed at optimizing operational performance through process improvement, data analysis, indicator monitoring, and the implementation of scalable solutions. You will work closely with Operations, Commercial, Account Management, Finance, Technology and Regional Leadership teams to improve productivity, elevate customer experience, increase service quality and maximize business profitability.
Main responsibilities:
- Lead regional initiatives for operational excellence and performance optimization.
- Analyze operational data, detect gaps, and develop improvement plans.
- Design, document, standardize and optimize business processes.
- Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Lead cross-functional projects from planning to implementation.
- Promote continuous improvement, standardization and best practice initiatives.
- Identify automation opportunities in conjunction with Technology teams.
- Present progress, results and business cases to senior leaders.
You must have:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations, Project Management, Data Analytics or related areas.
- Experiencia en Operational Excellence, Business Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Performance Management o funciones similares.
- Experience leading end-to-end process improvement initiatives. Knowledge in process mapping and documentation.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects.
- Advanced level of English, written and spoken (to be assessed in interview)
You might also have:
- Experience working with multicultural and regional teams.
- Advanced Excel. Use of tools such as Microsoft Visio, Smartsheet or similar. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile methodologies or continuous improvement frameworks.
- Experience in matrix organizations.
