You're Good At

  • Managing and developing a diverse team to meet future needs.
  • Building strong client relationships and driving operational success.
  • Evaluating processes and implementing innovative solutions.
  • Analyzing metrics to ensure compliance and service level agreements are met.
  • Communicating effectively, inspiring your team, and presenting confidently.

 

You Might Also Have

  • A Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of experience of managing meeting/event planners on a pharmaceutical account. Agency experience is preferred. 
  • Knowledge of compliance controls in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience managing budgets and outside vendors.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database management.
  • An international perspective with experience managing remote teams.

  • This role is virtual and operates in the Eastern Time Zone. 
  • You will travel about 25% of the time in this position

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Operations Manager, Life Science Meetings & Events Management  is between $75,000 - $93,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
