About the Role

Collaborate with our dynamic planning team and ensure that every dollar is accounted for while engaging with vendors to keep things running smoothly. You're Good At
- Managing and reconciling financial documents with precision and speed.
- Communicating effectively with vendors and project teams to resolve any financial issues.
- Meeting tight deadlines while juggling multiple reconciliations.
- Ensuring compliance with internal and external reporting requirements.
- Supporting planners with budget challenges and making financial magic happen.
- Loving the word ‘audit’.
You Might Also Have
- Experience working in finance or a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, including spreadsheets.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills for professional vendor interaction.
- A knack for problem-solving and a proactive attitude towards challenges.

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Finance Administrator (Event Budget and Reconciliation) is between $31.25-$40 per hour. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
