About the Role
Are you ready to take the lead in ensuring seamless attendee experiences at some of the most exciting events? As the Attendee Data Manager Lead, you'll not only oversee the attendee management process but also lead a dynamic team. Join us in delivering top-notch customer service while managing data with precision. Let’s create unforgettable meetings together!

 

You're Good At:

  • Leading and supporting a team in managing attendee data and experiences. This is a working supervisor role. 
  • Developing strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure tailored event solutions
  • Crafting and managing registration websites and processes with an eye for detail
  • Performing quality checks on reports and registration data for accuracy and compliance
  • Training and onboarding new team members to foster growth and efficiency

 

You Might Also Have:

  • Experience in event registration or hotel rooming block management
  • Familiarity with web development tools and registration technologies
  • A background in the hospitality industry or a related field
  • A college degree or relevant certifications in event management
  • Proficiency with software like Cvent, Attendee Hub, or similar applications

 

You Should Know:
This role is based onsite in New York, NY for at least four days a week, with some travel involved—up to 30%—to support our events wherever they may take you!

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Attendee Data Lead (Supervisor)  is between $80,000 - $100,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
