Senior HR Coordinator EMEA, part time 20-24 hours a week
At BCD M&E, we are looking for a part-time Senior HR Coordinator to join our EMEA People & Culture team — a small but strong team supporting employees and managers across the region.
This is a hands-on, operational HR role with a primary focus on the Netherlands and Belgium, while also supporting EMEA-wide HR administration. You will work closely with the HR Business Partners to support employees, managers, and day-to-day HR processes. As an HR associate, you’re a true all-rounder and are always ready to help anyone in the company with a proactive attitude. You serve as the HRBPs right-hand person, and together you ensure that all HR matters are in perfect order. You’re well-versed in laws and regulations, a true administrative jack-of-all-trades, and you will be supporting reporting, data request for EMEA region. A highly varied role within People and Culture!
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operational HR work, values close collaboration, and wants to make a real impact in a regional HR team.
Some of your responsibilities:
- Provide operational HR support for employees and managers, mainly in the Netherlands and Belgium
- Follow developments in local employment law and support compliance with new legislation
- Support collaboration with the Works Council
- Manage sick leave follow-up in line with local practice, policy, and guidance
- Support employee care and employee relations matters together with the HRBP
- Handle a range of HR administrative tasks for the EMEA region
- Maintain HR data, documentation, and reporting accurately and confidentially
- Support ongoing HR processes and contribute to a smooth employee experience
You’re good at, you have:
- Solid experience in an HR coordination or HR operations role
- Experience with HR support in the Netherlands and Belgium
- Knowledge of Dutch and Belgium labor law
- Good administrative skills and attention to detail
- A practical, service-minded, and professional approach
- Ability to work with sensitive information with discretion
- Strong communication skills in English and Dutch
This role is hybrid, working from home most of the time, with regular presence in our offices in Utrech and Antwerp.
